The remarkable growth in outdoor goods in recent years is likely to continue in the current business year, thanks to strong winter sales and ambitious plans for the summer season. Accordingly, the industry's interest in exhibiting at the OutDoor (14 - 17 July, 2011) is greater than ever. With more than 660 registrations (6 percent more than last year) from 38 countries, the leading international trade fair of its kind is experiencing unprecedented demand for exhibition space. All of the industry's top players have already confirmed their attendance. Many established companies will be represented with expanded exhibition booths in 2011, and new companies as well as renowned names will be on hand for the first time at the trade fair at Lake Constance. These include American clothing and running shoe manufacturer Pearl Izumi as well as Adidas Eyewear, both of which will take part as exhibitors at the trade fair for the first time with their own booth concepts.

The run on climbing halls B2 and B3 has been remarkably strong this year. Trade visitors can look forward to an expanded offering in the areas of climbing and alpinism. Also the OutDoor Conferences and the Early Morning Breakfast events, which took place for the first time last year, will be part of the trade fair in 2011, ensuring a lively exchange of information in the conference rooms as well as at the exhibition booths.

We'll be pleased to help you with any last-minute preparations for the Global Show and look forward to seeing you at Lake Constance.
