Dear Exhibitors

Within the last month there have been some legal changes between our countries: due to that a lot of travellers don´t need an Invitation Letter anymore to visit a German exhibition. From now on exhibitors are only asked to show there admission documents when applying for a visa.

Please double check with your Federal Foreign Office.

Of course, we will gladly provide a Visa Invitation Letter for you, if you require the documents anyway.

In this case please follow the rules below or contact us directly!
