- The conference rooms are different in location, size, equipment and price and we will assign the room according to your requests. All rooms are on the 1st floor, either in the conference centre West, East or close to Hall B4. We will certainly offer you a room as close as possible to your booth.

- Prices are from min. 70 Euros/day - max. 350 Euros/4 days excl. VAT.
- The prices vary for one day, a half day or all four days of the show.
- Included in the rental fee are: 1 x arrangement of chairs/tables and cleaning before and afterwards.
- We kindly ask you to inform us about the details like seating and technical equipment latest 2 weeks prior to the show.
Please order your room in time; the number of rooms is limited. As soon as we have finished the room planning, you will receive a written confirmation and further details.
